1. General Shipping Information

At Dwellorah, we are dedicated to ensuring that your canvas frames and home décor arrive safely and promptly. We partner with reliable and trusted courier services to deliver our artwork right to your doorstep, ensuring it is handled with the utmost care.

2. Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing time before they are handed over to our shipping partners. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Standard Orders: Wall décor, standard home décor, and accessories are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Because our personalized gifting and custom canvas frames are made-to-order, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for printing, framing, and quality inspection before dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates for all our customers.

  • Domestic (PAN India): We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders throughout PAN India. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched.
  • International Shipping: We ship globally at minimal costs. International shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery times for international orders vary by location but generally take 10 to 15 business days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Dwellorah is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track the journey of your canvas frame.

6. Damages During Transit

We take special care in packaging our canvas frames securely to prevent transit damage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
